Prices & Booking Conditions:

Please note that the price is per week, for the rental of the house, not per person. Electricity and basic package Sky TV are included. If a Sky upgrade is required, please let us know in advance – this will be charged at cost. However, we would like to bring to your attention there can be problems with the signal at times; this is due to a combination of the hilly location and the weather conditions, and therefore, you must be aware this could affect your viewing. 

Westwood Cottage is totally non smoking.

On the day of arrival we request that you do not arrive before 4.30pm and on the day of departure we would like you to vacate by 11.30am. This allows time for the house to be cleaned and any maintenance work to be done.

Weekly lets are Saturday to Saturday.

Deposits and Payments:

A 25% deposit is required with the booking and all bookings to be paid in full 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellation within a month of arrival will result in 50% of the week's fee being returned to you, or you can choose another date to arrive.
